Zesty and sun-drenched, this sharp little citrus brings brightness to our Earl Grey. We source from the sunlit orchards of Calabria, the Southern Italian region known for producing the world’s best bergamot.
The most flavorful, fragrant mint sprouts in the PNW, our own backyard. We were the first to pop it into a teacup over 40 years ago and have been partnering with farmers ever since to raise the bar.

We use only the highest-concentration of Saigon cinnamon oil made from the bark of cinnamon trees in Vietnam, which we prefer for its more complex flavor. Spicy, sweet, warm, and aromatic, our chai collection has expanded to seven unique flavors.
