Flavors of cranberry, pomegranate and orange will be noticeable, but while this easy recipe makes 2 servings, it can easily be doubled or tripled, depending on the company you are entertaining. The resulting bubbly tea soda is sweet and fruity, but not overpowering in sweetness. Serve with a wide-mouth straw, so the jellied cranberry sauce make it an alternative boba tea recipe, just without the tapioca pearls.
Directions
Bring water to a boil, then remove from the heat and add the tea bags. Steep the tea for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the tea bags and discard. Add the cranberry juice and stir. Refrigerate until chilled completely, about 1 hour. Fill two tall glasses with the tea mixture. Top with Italian orange soda. Drop a spoonful of the cranberry sauce cubes.
Garnish with an orange round and serve.
