Directions:
Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat and add the tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for 4 minutes.
While the tea is steeping, heat the coconut milk, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract in a separate saucepan until hot, but not boiling.
After 5 minutes, remove from heat and strain out the shredded coconut bits.
Once the tea has finished steeping, remove the tea bag and discard it. Stir in the honey until it is fully dissolved.
Add pineapple juice to the brewed tea.
Pour the tea mixture into a mug and top with the hot coconut milk mixture.
Serve the tea latte hot and enjoy!
