Return Policy

At Stash Tea our goal is your complete satisfaction. If within 60 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a prompt exchange or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If there is an error with your order or items arrive damaged, please call Customer Service at 800-800-8327 or 503-684-9725. Our Customer Service department is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Pacific Time.

You will be required to pay return shipping charges if you want an exchange or refund that was not the error of Stash Tea.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Returns because of a Stash Tea error or that are damaged can be sent back to Stash Tea using our convenient pre-paid U.S. Postal Service label. Please contact us at 800-800-8327 or mailorder@stashtea.com for a label.
  2. If you want an exchange or refund, please use the Return Label from the top of the packing slip to address your package. You can also mail your return to:

  3. Complete the return form on the back of the packing slip with reason for return and include it in the package with items to be returned.
  4. Use original carton and packaging materials, if possible. Be certain that products are protected.
  5. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used unless otherwise specified and can take up to 10 business days depending on financial institution.
