For Chai lovers, more spice than our Chai Spice, and coriander and whole cardamom for an even more flavorful drink.

  • Cups to Grams:
    • 8 grams makes 3-4 cups
    • 25 grams makes 10-15 cups
    • 50 grams makes 20-25 cups
    • 100 grams makes 45-50 cups
    • 1 pound loose makes 180-200 cups
  • Ingredients: blended black teas, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, coriander seed, ginger root, natural cinnamon flavor, clove oil, cardamom oil
  • Steeping Instructions: 3-5 minutes at 190-209 degrees Fahrenheit

Heavy on clove

I was looking to get the original Chai but more so with Double Spice but it seems a little heavy on the clove for my taste.

I used this delicious tea for a Hot Spiced Chai on my blog and it turned out simply amazing. I steep the tea for about ten minutes because I like it extra strong, sometimes longer. I put in about two tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk and stir. Top with little whipped cream and fresh nutmeg. It is simply fantastic and is just as good hot as it is blended or with ice.

This tea is just as good on its' own and unsweetened. Sometimes I just add milk or cream. If I am not making a latte, I use agave or honey to sweeten rather than sugar. Best brand ever!

Your tea has a wonderful, earthy flavor reminiscent of autumn and peat moss, and your instructions would have me use at least two bags in my pint-sized mug; but one of your competitors' bags is enough. I prefer Stash, though. I do wish, if you must raise the price, that you do so without shrinking the package. Nobody is fooled for long.
