These delicate buttery wafers are very thin, crisp and very lemony. A perfect blend of sweet and tart. I would definitely order them again, or for a gift for a lemon lover.

Such yummy cookies. I wish I grabbed a box of Spice thins while they were available. Ginger, lemon and lime thins are a favorite in our home.
