This Brazilian Shincha reminds me of the high quality Matcha and Sencha that I had in Uji, Japan. It has an amazing sweet green aroma and flavor that you won't get with the green teas sold in grocery stores and coffee shops - unless you're at a store in Uji! I bought the 2021 harvest. If Stash sells this again, you'll be getting a different vintage, but I don't doubt it will be just as delicious.
