The coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect the U.S. and the world in new, unpredicted ways. We’re making changes to keep everyone, from our employees to our customers, safe and healthy. While things may be a little different for a while, at our core, Stash is still Stash. We believe in taking care of our people, employees, customers, partners, and community.
Safety is our top priority, as well as maintaining the same stellar service as we work through this dynamic situation. Our staff is encouraged to work from home when possible and to practice social distancing.
Portland Retail Store
As of Wednesday, March 18th, 2020, we will be temporarily closing our Portland retail store. We'll revisit this closure soon to determine when we will resume our regular operations. We will update Google, Yelp, and our store page as news develops, ensuring complete transparency with you all.
In an effort to take care of our staff, regardless of what happens over the next few weeks, we are not making any changes to our staff, pay rates, or benefits. We count on the support of our local community to achieve this, and we thank you in advance for your business.
We are closely monitoring this situation and look forward to re-opening our shop and seeing you all again soon. We miss you already.

With ever-updating newsfeeds and changes in our daily lives, we want to help keep your spirits up by continuing to provide you with your favorite teas and gifts at Stashtea.com. Our shipping department will still be working to provide you with our bold and bright flavors. They are encouraged to practice social distancing and will be practicing increased sanitary and health measures, even beyond our regular high-quality practices. We’ll do our best to ship your favorite things on our regular shipping schedule, but there may be minor delays because of the increased safety precautions we’ve put into place. In addition, we're experiencing some delays with postal services.
