Orders outside the U.S. and Canada
For shipments outside the U.S. and Canada, please call Customer Service at 800-800-8327, weekdays from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM PT for shipping costs. If you prefer, you may contact us by email at email@example.com or fax us at 503-684-4424. Please be sure to include the items you are considering ordering, so that we may calculate shipping costs based on the weight of your order and destination address. Shipping costs vary greatly depending on the ship-to country. Large international orders can be very costly to ship and can incur customs charges upon delivery.
Check with your local post office for customs charges information. We ship international orders by way of Express Mail. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for your package to arrive.
We accept credit cards, U.S. money orders and JCB Japanese credit cards. Sorry, no personal checks.

For Shipments to Australia
Black, green, oolong, and white teas containing no other plant material are permitted by Quarantine, subject to inspection upon arrival. Teas containing other plant material (such as herbal teas), may require treatment at a cost to consignee, before the shipment can be released by Quarantine.
