I have shopped at before but can’t log in to my account.

You will need to create a new account if you placed your order before Feb 17, 2016, the launch date of our new website. For security purposes, you will need to create a new account and password. We apologize for the inconvenience.

You can create a new account on our Sign In page. Fill out the Create Account form on the righthand side and follow the directions. You are not required to sign up for our Newsletter again.

I forgot my password. How can I update it?

Go to Sign In at the top of the page. On the lefthand side of the page, click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your email address and a password reset email will be sent to you.

Where can I find a retailer in my area that sells Stash Tea products?

I am looking for a specific tea. Do you know which stores might carry it?

We do not have inventory information for specific teas at this level. All of our teas are available for sale on our website. If you are looking for a particular item and cannot find it in your local store; please order it off our website or through our 24/7 order line 800-826-4218.
