Silver Beads White Tea may be infused more than once. More astringency is noticed on the first brewing while the second infusion brings forth a bit of sweetness.

White tea is a rare, connoisseur's tea that comes primarily from Fujian province in China. Once harvested, white tea is not oxidized or rolled but simply withered and dried by steaming.

According to researchers at the Linus Pauling Institute at Oregon State University, white tea might have the strongest potential of all teas for fighting cancer, especially colon cancer.

Since white tea goes through the least amount of processing, it theoretically has the most polyphenols which have been linked to cancer prevention.
