PROMPT SHIPPING
At Stash Tea, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Items are shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. We ship Rush Delivery orders via UPS and require a street address for delivery. (Rush Delivery is three business days.) Rush Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or Canadian addresses. Please call Customer Service for Second Day or Overnight Delivery charges.
RETURNING AN ITEM?
If within 60 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a prompt exchange or refund. Please complete the form on the back of the packing slip, as this helps uphold our quality standards. You can also use our convenient online Prepaid Return Shipping Label. If we've made a mistake on your order, please call Customer Service.
OUTSIDE U.S. SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
For shipments to Canada please add $7.00 per address, in addition to the regular shipping and handling charge. For shipments outside of the U.S. and Canada, please call Customer Service at 503-684-9725, weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) for shipping costs. If you prefer, you may contact us online.
We accept credit cards, U.S. money orders and JCB Japanese credit cards. Sorry, no personal checks.
