This versatile recipe works with all different types of green tea, loose or bagged. Makes a 16 oz serving.
- 1 tea bag or 1 tsp loose of green tea (Premium Green recommended)
- 1/4 cup (2 oz) water
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 banana
Pour 1/4 cup of almost-boiling water into a cup with the tea and steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove tea and add contents to a blender. Add banana and pineapple juice and blend with ice.
