HOW TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES

1. Follow us at Pinterest.com/StashTea. If you do not have a Pinterest account, you’ll need to go to Pinterest.com and request an invite.
2. Pin a photo of your favorite tea mug with hashtag #STASHTEAmuglove in the description of your pin. Please remember to appropriately credit all photo sources if they are not your own original work.
3. After you have pinned your mug, go to the Stash Tea Facebook page.
4. “Like” us and register on the “Mug Love Sweeps” tab.
5. Be sure to include the URL of your pin in the form.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older. Sweepstakes begins April 25, 2012 and ends May 25, 2012.

Pin a photo of your favorite tea mug (either your everyday go-to mug or a Stash Tea mug will do!) with hashtag #STASHTEAmuglove in the description of your pin. After you have pinned your mug, go to the Stash Tea Facebook page. “Like” us and register on the “Mug Love Sweeps” tab. Be sure to include the URL of your Pinterest pin in the form. All entries must be completed and submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. (PST) on May 25, 2012. Sweepstakes Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs will cause disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Sweepstakes entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which rules are final and binding on all entrants; to the decisions of Stash Tea, which are final and binding in all respects; and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Use of personal information provided as a result of participating in this Sweepstakes will be used for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, and may be used for other purposes as indicated herein.

LIMIT: Sweepstakes entry limited to one (1) entry per person. Any attempt by an entrant, or any other person, to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may result in disqualification by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of April 25, 2012. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, suppliers, representatives and agents of Stash Tea Company, and its participating retailers, and their respective advertising, and promotion agencies, and their respective immediate families or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate families” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within and a legal resident of the United States.

SELECTION OF WINNER & NOTIFICATION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about May 31, 2012, from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and email and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release, which must be received by Sponsor within 5 days of the date on the notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: One prize winner will receive: one (1) Stash Tea Ultimate Assorted Tea Bag Sampler featuring an assortment of 360 tea bags (item number: 328013) and choice of one (1) mug from StashTea.com valued up to $22. Total retail value of the prize package: $77. Prizes are non-transferrable, non-resellable and cannot be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion; Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize is unavailable for any reason. Prize winners are responsible for all taxes. Neither Sponsor nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damages arising out of the winner’s acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.

RELEASES: By participating, entrant indemnifies and agrees to release and hold harmless Stash Tea Company; its respective subsidiaries; and each of its respective directors, officers, attorneys, employees, and agents, from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability that may arise from entrant’s acceptance or use of any prize or participation in this promotion, from entrant’s breach of these Official Rules, or from the misuse or malfunction of any merchandise received. Stash Tea is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable internet connections, failed or incomplete internet or network transmissions, inability to access the Stash Tea Facebook page, inability to access Pinterest or any other error or malfunction. If, for any reason, the Mug Love Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Stash Tea’s control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Mug Love Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, the Winners entry and acceptance of the Prize(s) constitutes his/her consent and permission for Stash Tea and its designees to use his/her first name, likeness and address (city and state), and demographics, in any manner, for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes for this or similar promotions in perpetuity, worldwide and without restrictions, free from the payment of any additional compensation, notification or permission.
