Promotion Codes

Stash Tea promotion codes can be redeemed in the Promotion Code section on the final page in the checkout process, on the "Review & Place Order" screen. The promotion code reduces your basket subtotal only and does not apply toward Shipping & Handling. A promotion code cannot be applied to previous purchases and are only valid for use one time per customer. You can receive notice of our special promotions by registering your email address on our email sign up form located in the footer of our website.



Payment Options

StashTea.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. We accept check and mail order payments by mail with a catalog order form.

For the most efficient service we suggest you place your order online. If you prefer placing your order by phone, please call 800-826-4218.



International Orders

Please contact one of our customer care specialists at 503-684-9725, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time or email us at mailorder@stashtea.com or fax us at 503-684-4424. We will calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of your order and destination. Shipping costs vary greatly depending on the ship-to country. Please note that large international orders can be very costly to ship and can incur customs charges upon delivery.



Large Orders and Gifts for Businesses

To inquire about discounts on business gift orders totaling more than $1000, please email mailorder@stashtea.com or call 800-800-TEAS (8327).



Can I save the items in my cart?

By creating an account you can save items to your personal shopping cart indefinitely. Login to your account, place items in your cart, review your cart and then select "Save for Later". The next time you return to StashTea.com, login to your account and proceed to the shopping cart to review saved items.



How do I know if my order was processed?

As you place your order please make sure the email address you entered is correct. If you have successfully placed an order you will receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours. You will receive an additional email when your order ships. Please allow emails from mailorder@stashtea.com through your spam filter.



Can I send items to multiple addresses in one order?

Yes, click the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" button during the checkout process. Your order will incur additional shipping fees for each address you ship to.



What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

You may login to your account within 30 minutes of placing your order to modify or cancel it yourself.

Contact Customer Service immediately and have your name and order number ready and we can make the change for you.

If your order has already left our distribution center it is an $11 processing fee to have the shipping address changed if your order shipped UPS. If your order shipped Postal Service, we can re-ship your order for $7.95 once the order shipped to the incorrect address has been returned to us.



Gift Wrap

Gift Wrap is $3.00 per item. For example, if you order two (2) of the same item you will be charged $6 for gift wrap when you select the gift wrap option. If you have special instructions for gift wrap, please call 800-826-4218 to place your order by phone.

You may select gift wrap options on the final page in the checkout process, on the "Review & Place Order" screen. Selecting the gift wrap option will result in prices being suppressed on the packing slip.



Gift Message

Gift Messages are FREE. You do not need to select the gift wrap option to include a gift message. You may add more than one gift message per order. Each gift message will be printed on a separate piece of standard white paper and enclosed in the shipment.

You may add a gift message on the final page in the checkout process, on the "Review & Place Order" screen. Entering a gift message will result in prices being suppressed on the packing slip.



Order Hold Dates

Can you cancel my order?

You may login to your account within 30 minutes of placing your order to modify or cancel it.

Contact Customer Service as soon as possible at 800-800-8327 to notify us that you would like to cancel your order. In most cases, we can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed by our distribution center. Customer Service is available Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Pacific Time.
