Roasting is the key

A friend shared this with me, and I was hooked. Wish I would have purchased more boxes of the bagged version when it was available. The roasting adds a really interesting, rich quality. This is the most flavorful tea I have ever had (my experience is not broad, though). It is so good, I might have to break down and buy it loose, even though I usually make a huge mess when I try to do that.

You would not think a twig could be so satifying. I received Kukicha tea as a gift. It brews beautifully. It has a full and satisfying bouquet and a taste which will stay with any genuine tea lover. Try this little twig. It is rich, nutty and memorable.
