Product Details
This lovely tea is from the Nilgiri region in South India. It is produced during winter months, hence the name, winterfrost. This tea is reminiscent of Ceylons. It is medium-bodied with clean taste, light astrigency, and a slight floral aroma. It is one of the best Nilgiri teas we have ever tasted. Infuse for 2-4 minutes at below boiling. Good for a second infusion.
- Cups to Grams:
- 8 grams makes 3-4 cups
- 25 grams makes 10-15 cups
- 50 grams makes 20-25 cups
- 100 grams makes 45-50 cups
- 1 pound loose makes 180-200 cups
- Ingredients: black tea
- Steeping Instructions: 3-5 minutes at 190-209 degrees Fahrenheit
