These are nice teas and I can understand why they're included-- Licorice is soothing for coughs and helps you relax; Lemon Ginger is soothing for upset stomachs and so is Peppermint, which will also help relive a stuffy head; and I think everyone knows Chamomile is soothing and helps you sleep. I would make a few changes if it was MY get-well kit though.
For YEARS Peppermint tea, Lemon Blossom tea and Ruby Mist tea got me through colds and flu. Lemon Blossom sweetened with honey is great for sore throats, and Ruby Mist with it's rose hips, mint, and chamomile was pretty, fragrant, soothing, and tasty -- and gave you extra vitamin C. Now they're both only available in loose tea or as iced tea bags that make a gallon at a time. Not nice!
