Product Details

Organically grown in the Northern Fujian Province of China, this tea is full-bodied for a white tea. It has a slight astringency and a subtle woody flavor which adds to the complexity of this tea. The dried leaves are an intriguing mix of colors--silver, deep green and dark brown. Brews a clear, deep-gold infusion.

Earthy

This is one of my favorite teas. It reminds me of hay. I know that might not sound great to some of you but it is a wonderful, earthy smell. I brew mine around 180 degree F as this is a delicate tea.
