I am not much of a cinnamon person, but I tried this anyway. And I'm so glad I did. The rooibos evens out the cinnamon, making the blend absolutely wonderful.

Not normally a chai lover

There's something about chai that's never really worked for me, until now. Is it that it's a rooibos? Or that the spices are just perfect? Add some canned full fat coconut milk (leave it in the fridge and it turns to the consistency of whipped cream) and you have a creamy delicious filling treat that won't keep you awake half the night.

The Spice Dragon Red Chai caffeine free herbal tea is a perfectly balanced and delicious blend of cinnamon, rooibos, ginger root, and clove, with a wonderful aroma and flavor.

Perfect after a meal, its healthful ingredients are an added bonus. Ginger has been used to lessen congestion, aid indigestion, and fight digestive issues, arthritis pain, morning and motion sickness and is believed to boost immunity because of its anti-viral abilities.

Research has confirmed that anti-bacterial cinnamon may help reduce symptoms of insulin resistance and diabetes, and it aids digestion, has been used to treat colds, flu, diarrhea, and to soothe the nervous system.

Cloves have been used all over the world to treat pain, to relieve muscle spasms, and stomach problems.

Absolutely perfect served as is, or with a splash of cream and/or your sweetener of choice. We really like it hot but it would also be good over ice. Highly recommended!
