Chain Stores Lookout

If you regularly go to some chain store to get your daily dose of Chai you no longer have to. With all the flavored creamers, or just the straight creamer, you can make your own at home with this tea. This has all the depth of flavor you could want to find, add a touch of cream and sugar, and your set to go. I prefer Hazelnut creamer in mine and my nephew likes the white chocolate in his. Either way we both get the best cup of chai right here at home without spending a fortune.

The Best of the Chai's

I have never been fond of coffee so every time I went to a coffee place with friends I'd end up ordering a Chai tea latte drink. I liked them so much that I started sampling different chai teas at grocery stores and other websites and I finally found one that rivals the "coffee house" taste I'd been searching for.

Even with a good dose of cream and sugar the chai spices still shine through. It's a delicious cup of tea and one I order on a regular basis both for my home and the office.

Just Perfection

Some Chai teas are too weak in tea flavor. Some are too spicey to taste the tea. Some are too bland to know it is chai tea. But, Stash Double Spice Chai Black Tea is just perfection.

Double Spice Chai

This is the best of the chais that I have found, don't know that I would say is twice as spicy as the Chai Spice but it is great, hot or iced. Between this and the regular Chai Spice and the Green Chai my day is set.

We've been enjoying this double spiced chai in bulk for years - it is a morning ritual. We brew it (cook it actually) for hours each morning and add lots of soy milk and honey in a cup for a darn good chai. Our favorite.

I like the idea of double spice, but I prefer other chais over this one. Not enough ginger for my taste. Too much baking spice. Might be better in fall.

Five years ago I was introduced to Double Spice Chai. I am a serious Tea drinker so I have found Stash to be the best. But you can't always find it on the shelves so here is the buy @ 90ct. I take my tea cup with me everywhere. In restaurants I just ask for hot water. After brewing for about 5 mins everyone around wants to know what I'm drinking. Often I will give a tea bag I carry in my purse to the server. More than once they have thanked me. The other two teas that essential in my life is Peach Ginger and Double Bergamot.

I decided to 'give up' coffee (it was upsetting my stomach) but I didn't want the caffeine headache that comes when going 'cold turkey' so I found this Spiced Chai Tea -- I'm IN LOVE! Granted, I drank a lot of coffee, (by a lot I mean in the neighborhood of 2 pots a day) - now I can get about 2 full 20oz cups of tea per bag! I wonder if they do or could make this for a Keurig? (But I know I'd have to hide the box if they did!) This is an excellent alternative to coffee. Smells great, tastes great, and has enough caffeine that you won't get a 'giving up coffee' headache! Thanks! Great find!

I was looking to get the original Chai but more so with Double Spice but it seems a little heavy on the clove for my taste.

A mug of deliciousness!

I used this delicious tea for a Hot Spiced Chai on my blog and it turned out simply amazing. I steep the tea for about ten minutes because I like it extra strong, sometimes longer. I put in about two tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk and stir. Top with little whipped cream and fresh nutmeg. It is simply fantastic and is just as good hot as it is blended or with ice.

This tea is just as good on its' own and unsweetened. Sometimes I just add milk or cream. If I am not making a latte, I use agave or honey to sweeten rather than sugar. Best brand ever!
