Very disappointed

I was hoping this would be the black tea version of Christmas in Paris, which I love, but I was wrong. The burgamot, lavender, and vanilla flavors clash and fight for supremacy, leaving my tongue confused, which is strange as I love those flavors otherwise. I will not be buying this again.

This is one tea that gets the attention of anyone in the house when I brew a cup - they always ask "what smells so good?!" I was worried the lavender flavor would be too strong for my liking, but it's just right, and makes this tea a great choice for a with a lazy, late breakfast, or for a mid-afternoon break (complete with thoughts of escaping to see the sights of Paris).

The perfect tea to pair with the good things in life. Lavender and bergamot are a perfect mix to flavor this tea, and I would drink it no matter what it was called (but the name helps)!

Breakfast in Paris is lovely. My boyfriend enjoys black tea but he didn't want to try this one because he thought the lavender would be too strong. All it took was me brewing one cup and he had to try some. It's now his favorite.

I love the smell of lavender and now the taste as well. I thought it might be weird at first (as some teas that have flowers in them I just don't like, it feels like I am drinking perfume and I can't get past that) but this is not one of them. It is relaxing but it still has the black tea to put a bit of pep in your step. Great tea. Thanks stash!

Favorite Black Tea

While I admit to being predominately a green tea drinker, this black is irresistible! The balance of black teas with tangy-sweet bergamot and delicate lavender makes for a sumptuous brew whether hot or iced. I occasionally add a tiny dash of stevia, and on chilly days a splash of milk is lovely, too. While the tea brews, I stick my nose in the empty packet and revel in the savors--and then I can scarcely wait to drink it!

This tea is incredible! I'm a huge fan of Earl Grey, especially Stash's double bergamot Earl Grey, and this Breakfast In Paris tea tastes similar, but sweeter. It has bergamot in it just like Earl Grey, yet the sweetness of vanilla and lavender change it up. I can't even put into words how fabulous this tea is. I just tried it for the first time this morning and I just put in another order for more.

When i have a busy day ahead and it starts out with a meeting or class, this is the tea i make and take. The flavors are rich and lovely. A little cream and sugar and it's the start of a great day!

I worried that the lavender would taste and smell perfume-y. Instead, it compliments the traditional bergamot flavor of Earl Grey beautifully and adds a different, slightly sweeter dimension. It smells good brewing. I find that a packet of stevia really brings the flavors out. It's refreshing over ice on a muggy summer day, too.
