Great Product

I've had two of these iced tea makers for two years. I always use the cold brew method for iced tea, so I am not overly concerned about the fact that these are not glass. This jug has a large capacity, is easy to use and durable. A bottle brush is definitely recommended for cleaning the infuser, though if you have slender hands and arms the mouth is wide enough to reach into the jug to clean with a sponge. If you enjoy iced tea, and haven't tried the cold brew method, I find it produces less astringency (i.e. bitterness) if you use green or black teas.

This iced tea maker is so easy to use and cleans up nicely. I use it daily. Just pop tea bags in, fill with water and put in fridge. Tea is ready in the morning! Can't live without it.

The product is great - design and purpose but the product was made in China (indicated on the box) instead of Japan as stated in the product description. Hope this information will be corrected.

I like tea, but I also like iced coffee and make it in a cold press method. When I saw this, I was excited to try making my iced coffee and I'm happy to report it is FANTASTIC! I filled the filter with expresso, the jug with water, put in the fridge overnight as explained with coffee and whalah, perfect iced coffee! Fill a glass with ice, half coffee, half milk or 1/2 n 1/2, a little vanilla, sugar if you desire and it is as good as what I was making with a lot less fuss and mess! I may have to get another one for tea so I can have both in the fridge.
